Arrogance

"What is going on?" is what someone who had been watching us( the people in America) would say after a short while of watching. In 1993 New York City was attacked by jihadists, we did(practically) nothing. In 2001 New York City was attacked again and we lost our moral compass.

The truth of the matter is we were attacked by an ideology of hatred, an ideology that spells out their hatred in their "religious book(s)". This ideology was created in the 7th century for and by a man to justify his pursuit of wealth through violence. Anyone who stood in his way was murdered, whether it was an old man or a woman or a group of people. If he wanted something and someone said no, he would kill them and then follow up by making up a verse that his god said it was o.k for him and his to do whatever it took to get what they wanted. For 1300 years his followers have been murdering and plundering and subjugating people based on this fellows homemade god and his books( of course being illiterate he himself wrote nothing).

Back to our moral compass, when we were attacked in 2001 we had every right to attack the country that gave these terrorists a safe haven, Afghanistan. Our leaders should have done their due diligence on what drives islam. They did not. I believe even if they had we would still be in the mess we are in now in Iraq, because of the arrogance of our leaders. To spew forth that islam is a religion of peace or that it is a great and noble religion, or here is the best one, islams god is the same as Yahweh( the Creator from the Scriptures). George W. Bush must have a substance abuse problem to be able to vomit forth such sickness. He obviously never studied history, obviously he does NOT believe in the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Of course coming from someone who serves "Skull and Bones"I guess it is not so surprising, allah, baal, satan, skull and bones etc. all the same , all evil.

George W.Bush tells us that we have to fight them over there or we will have to fight them here. Well Mr.President, they are here and we will be fighting them here because of your absolute ignorance and your overwhelming arrogance. Jorge Bush wants to leave the borders open, no don't protect the sovereignty of our nation, sell it to the highest bidder. Right now the highest bidders are, drumroll please, China and Saudi Arabia. And along with the poor people from Southern and Central America are nationals from our enemy( China, islam etc.). And though I do not begrudge anyone the chance to better themselves, all people crossing the border illegally should be sent back, period. Just so all understand, Jorge Bush is not backing the immigration bill because he is benevolent and wishes all to live the "American Dream", he is watching out for someones bottom line( and it isn't yours or mine). When GWB leaves office, he will have destroyed everything this country has ever stood for, not to blame him for all of the USAs woes over time, he had a lot of help from previous presidents, he is just a very big exclamation point that pushed it all over the top.
The arrogance exhibited by our so called "leaders" is beyond help. It is not limited to the president of the country, he just happens to be the one making the biggest mess right now. Living in California we have our own arrogant leaders. Take Fabian Nunez for instance, he is the speaker of the house in California. Last year he joined a large demonstration of illegal immigrants in Los Angeles, on television he tells the camera that "we are not the problem", meaning the illegal immigrants are not the problem. Think about that for a moment. This man was elected by the people of California( the LEGAL residents who pay taxes that pay his salary, which as of July this year is over $133,000 a year) to uphold the law of the land. So what does he do, he gets in the face of the people and tells them that ILLEGAL immigrants are not a problem. I guess rising health costs, welfare costs, crime are not a problem for Fabian, only for the people paying the higher costs ( you and me). My guess is he does not understand the definition of ILLEGAL. It would be very interesting to see how he would be greeted by people who are LEGALLY waiting to get into this country LEGALLY, how would they feel knowing they are being pushed to the back of the line so ILLEGALS can be here first. I guess cutting in line is how Fabian sees it and for him it appears to be no problem. Lets face it, he is pandering for votes, the more latinos in his district the better chance he has to make a carreer out of politics. He has an agenda. Shocking.
These are just two cases of arrogance in politics. The fact that politics is now a self serving industry is obvoius. They take money from productive citizens in order to "bribe" voting blocks while the poor are neglected. When I say neglected I mean the poor are used to make points during speeches in election times that sound benevolent, but as soon as the election is over, well lets just say the poor are kept in their place( the place designated by politicians). Politicians, academics, clergy, whatever you call your leaders, they are all the same. They know better. You, being a lowly common citizen, cannot know because their great intellect trumps anything you may know or feel.
These politicos are attempting ( and succeeding) at removing judgement from our lives, they say you cannot judge this or that because it is hatred or prejudice, it could not be that we have a conscience for a reason. If you attempt to point out something wrong you are "intolerant". How did these people become so lofty. Read what Yahweh had to say, he knew these people before they knew themselves. Read Hosea or Romans 1, just for starters. I would say to all, there is a provision in the constitution that allows the people to change their government, but why? To fill the government with a new group of immoral miscreants. Greed begets more greed and that is what leaders are all about, that is why they are where they are at.
And in closing, politicians, the clergy, business leaders etc. cannot do these things to the people without help. The biggest helper right now is the media. These arrogant people believe( rightly so) that they can sway the peoples opinion, and they do, through lies and misinformation. The media has an agenda also, they have leaders( owners) who accept money, need I say more? Lastly, we the people are to blame, that we allow these arrogant, greedy, grasping, covetous fools to continue their illness at our expense is our fault. Here comes the word for the next post, tolerance. If we tolerate sick and twisted minds to direct and lead and manage us, we are no better than they are. I believe it is time for a little intolerance!

A Somewhat New Direction

Dear reader, my blog will now add to the truth using the scriptures of our creator, Yahuwey. I will be referencing scripture from time to time to show how the future has been called out in it. I will reference contemporary events with scripture. It is interesting how current events and attitudes have already been seen. I will continue to inform about the evils of religion, all religion. For the past ten months I have been reading old scripture translated as well as translations of the quran and its' accompanying books( sunna, hadith etc). The past three months have been the most difficult because of the time required to study( hence no blogging since March) and because of what I have found out. I always thought muslims would be crushed when they found out that their imams and leaders had been lying to them about Islam. I now have joined the ranks of those people who are shocked that they have been lied to. I will elaborate more in later blogs. For right now I would like to leave you with a thought. Do you remeber when Coke changed its' formula? Do you remeber the uproar and dissatisfaction? Could you tell the difference in flavor? Now , what if Coke had only changed one ingredient say, every year. Lets say for the sake of fun that there are 15 ingredients. Most people probably would not have noticed the change the first year, they would probably have gotten used to it and accepted it as the "real thing". After 15 years of allowing people to "get used to it" no one would have known the difference. They would have thought they had the "real thing " when in fact what they got was a counterfeit. I now know that I have not been drinking the "real thing" for 45 years, that will now cease, I will post more later.

A call to contact MSNBC! Got questions?!

This is a chance for all to watch an individual evade the truth at every turn, if you have a legitimate question for this representative of CAIR, I suggest you follow the instructions below from the American Congress for Truth!

Action Alert: Contact MSNBC

Action Alert
This Sunday, March 18th on "Meet the Press" with Tim Russert, Congressman Joe Sestak (D. -7th Dist. PA) who will appear at an April 7th Council of American Islamic Relations (CAIR) fundraiser in his Delaware County district outside Philadelphia, will be appearing.
Please go to the Meet The Press website, http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3032608/ , scroll down the center/left column (the first box is "NBC video," the next is "Russert on Politics") to the third box, scroll down to the bottom option which invites you to SUBMIT A QUESTION FOR A GUEST. Request that Sestak be asked why he insists on appearing at a CAIR fundraiser, despite its well-known connections to terrorist groups (Hamas, the Holy Land Foundation, the fact that at least five of CAIR's employees and board members have been arrested, convicted, deported, or otherwise linked to terrorism-related charges and activities etc.) This is not only a Jewish issue - CAIR's connections to terrorism endanger all of us.
Be as specific as possible, and try to dispel one or two of his lame excuses, i.e. He is going there to speak to his Muslim constituents; he is going to tell the CAIR audience that Israel is a staunch ally; that 250 of his constituents are going to be there; that if CAIR were a terrorist organization the US would have shut it down as it did to the Holy Land Foundation (which provided CAIR with seed $, and for which CAIR raised money POST 9/11!); that he employs a former CAIR employee because, despite interviewing her 3 times ,he didn't realize she had worked for CAIR and now...well, she's only 23 and he "loves [his] employees."
PLEASE PASS THIS ON.
Lawyer wants Sestak to end ties with CAIR
By WILLIAM BENDER,
A Democratic lawyer is ratcheting up the pressure on U.S. Rep. Joseph Sestak and trying to build Jewish opposition to his planned attendance of an upcoming Council on Islamic-American Relations banquet and the hiring of a former CAIR staffer. Robert Lipshutz, a former Philadelphia assistant district attorney, distributed a letter Tuesday to Delaware County rabbis, calling on Sestak to cancel the April 7 speaking engagement in Philadelphia and fire his district outreach coordinator, Adeeba Al-Zaman.
With 32 chapters, CAIR describes itself as the nation's largest Muslim advocacy group. It devotes much of its resources to anti-defamation work and educational activities, but has also been flagged by prominent Democrats -- including Sens. Barbara Boxer and Charles Schumer -- for having ties to terrorist organizations. After facing some pointed questions Sunday at the B'nai Aaron Synagogue in Haverford, Sestak said Tuesday he stands by his decision to speak at the event and hire Al-Zaman to coordinate outreach activities in his district."It even says in the Torah, understand the other side before you make a judgment. Once you make your judgment, you should speak the truth. And the truth here -- and I looked into CAIR during the campaign -- is that they do some good," said Sestak, D-7, of Edgmont."But that isn't enough. They must condemn terrorism -- by name, the perpetrators -- and disassociate themselves from those who have murky ties or have been indicted."Sestak, who considers himself "a friend of Israel," said he would incorporate that message into his speech at the Hilton Philadelphia. Approximately 250 of the congressman's Muslim constituents are expected to attend the CAIR event.Lipshutz, 59, a Montgomery County Democrat who said he voted for congressional candidate Lois Murphy, isn't satisfied."You always have to be able to take in information to see if maybe you have to make a mid-course adjustment," said Lipshutz, who wants Sestak to cut all ties with CAIR and fire Al-Zaman.In his letter to Sestak, which was sent Tuesday to local rabbis, Lipshutz wrote: "I believe you are so sure of both your own goodness and of your judgment about this young woman that you failed to consider not only that your judgment may have been wrong, but also in the impact your decisions have made and will continue to make on others."The convictions of two former CAIR members on charges of supporting terrorist operations and engaging in financial transactions with Hamas was reportedly a factor in Boxer's decision to rescind an award to the head of CAIR's Sacramento office.Schumer, D-N.Y., said during a 2003 Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Terrorism hearing that CAIR has "ties to terrorism" and "intimate links with Hamas."The group's government affairs director, Corey Saylor, told the Daily Times this month that CAIR condemns "any act of terrorism, whoever commits it." He said individuals indicted or convicted for supporting terrorists were not acting on behalf of the organization. In the wake of negative news coverage, CAIR's Pennsylvania chapter has altered its Web site at least twice. The invitation for next month's "Connecting and Sharing" event was separated into a banquet with Sestak's name on it and a fund-raiser without his name. Sestak will not be participating in the fundraiser. The online biography for Al-Zaman, a stepdaughter of a CAIR board member, has also been scrubbed of any reference to her job with the congressman. Sestak said Tuesday he did not request the phrase be removed."I did not know it was on. I did not know it had been taken off," he said.Of Al-Zaman, Sestak said, "I cannot speak highly enough of her."

You Can Help!

A request to help from the American Congress for Truth, here is your chance to help out The United States! This is our responsibility!

Action Alert about "Television Takeover"
ACT members earlier received an article entitled:
Television Takeover: Taxpayer-financed Al-Hurra is becoming a platform for terrorists.
Please make you voice heard in this intolerable situation by asking your legislator to have the Department of State replace the Al-Hurra director, Larry Register. Below is a letter you can send to your senators and representative in Congress. Go to the American Congress for Truth CONTACT CONGRESS link at: http://www.americancongressfortruth.org/contact-congress.asp.
Email and/or fax the letter to your legislator. For much greater impact, ALSO call them at both their local offices and their Washington offices. If you have never called a legislator before, it is very simple. A staffer will answer, and all you need to do is tell them you have a request for your legislator and state some version of the first paragraph of the letter that you feel comfortable with. Since this is not an active bill in Congress, you might be required to give the staffer some background. Be passionate, but polite. Get the staffer on our side. That will make our voices even louder.
Dear Representative or Senator________,
The taxpayer-financed Middle East TV network, Al-Hurra, has recently turned into an anti-democratic, terrorist-friendly voice. Please demand that the State Department's Broadcasting Board of Governors replace Larry Register, the network's new director.
Since the network's direction was taken over by longtime CNN producer, Larry Register, last November, the coverage has dramatically shifted toward more pro-terrorist and anti-democratic stories and commentary. Launched in February 2004, Al-Hurra broadcasts three separate feeds: Europe, Arab nations, and Iraq. The network's mission is to support our public diplomacy to the Arab world. It is supposed to showcase the American political process and report on things that get little attention on other Arabic networks, such as human-rights abuses and government corruption.
Iraqi Member of Parliament Mithal al-Alusi says stories that cry out for further investigation, such as recent arrests of those accused of supporting the terrorists in Iraq, are instead getting mere news-ticker mentions at the bottom of the screen. And Arab voices for freedom, which used to have a home on Al-Hurra, are now absent. "They're driving out the liberals," he complains.
The new direction of Al-Hurra was showcased on February 9 when riots broke out at the Al Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem after Israel changed security measures to accommodate repair work near the mosque. Al-Hurra gave two hours of live coverage, thirty minutes more than Al-Jazeera. Al-Hurra's Muslim guests vilified Israel, creating conspiracy theories about Jewish "plans" to destroy the Al Aqsa Mosque. The Al-Hurra anchors asked such questions as, "Do you think that the timing of these actions is as innocent as Israel pretends?" The Al-Hurra anchors included Ikrima Sabri, imam of the Al Aqsa Mosque, who was Yasser Arafat's hand-picked mufti of Jerusalem. During the broadcast, Mr. Sabri accused Israel of firing guns and throwing bombs into the mosque and refusing to allow medical care for the wounded.
Iraqi parliamentarian al-Alusi said, "Al-Hurra should have the role of transporting democracy, and to help Iraqis understand freedom. If you have a good product, you must sell it in a good way. The United States is a very good product."
It is essential that the State Department's budget of over a half billion dollars to fund International Broadcasting Operations be spent wisely since this is an essential part of our war on Islamic Jihad. If Mr. Register cannot follow the Al-Hurra mission statement, then replace him with someone who can.
Sincerely,
Your Name

Our Taxes at Work!

I received this from ther American Congress for Truth, it amazes me to no end how the people who are supposed to represent us, in reality fail us. How do you like knowing your tax dollars are being wasted in Iraq when we have need for that money here!
Television Takeover
Taxpayer-financed Al-Hurra is becoming a platform for terrorists.
Television Takeover Taxpayer-financed Al-Hurra is becoming a platform for terrorists.By JOEL MOWBRAYThe Wall Street Journal
Fighting to create a secular democracy in Iraq, parliamentarian Mithal al-Alusi had come to rely on at least one TV network to help further freedom: U.S. taxpayer-financed Al-Hurra.
Now, however, he's concerned. The broadcaster he had seen as a stalwart ally has done an about-face. "Until now, we were so happy with Al-Hurra. It was taking stands against corruption, for human rights, and for peace. But not anymore."
Stories that he believes cry out for further investigation, such as recent arrests of those accused of supporting the terrorists in Iraq, are instead getting mere news-ticker mentions at the bottom of the screen. And Arab voices for freedom, which used to have a home on Al-Hurra, are noticeably absent. "They're driving out the liberals," he complains.
Mr. Alusi is not the only one concerned about the recent changes at Al-Hurra. Ken Tomlinson, the chairman of the Broadcasting Board of Governors -- the congressionally-created panel charged with overseeing Al-Hurra, among other government-funded broadcasters -- is currently demanding answers about the network's decision last December to broadcast most of a speech by Hezbollah leader Sheikh Hasan Nasrallah.
Sitting up straight and raising his index finger, he states emphatically, "It's the single worst decision I've witnessed in all my years in international broadcasting."
The airing of the Nasrallah speech is a sign of the network's new direction since it was taken over by a longtime CNN producer, Larry Register, last November. Launched in February 2004, Al-Hurra broadcasts three separate feeds: to Europe, Arab nations and one for Iraq. The network is supposed to be a key component of our public diplomacy to the Arab world. Its mission statement calls for it to showcase the American political process, and just as important, report on things that get little attention on other Arabic networks, such as human-rights abuses and government corruption.
Within weeks of becoming news director, Mr. Register put his own stamp on the network. Producers and on-air talent quickly understood that change was underway. Investigations into Arab government wrongdoing or oppression were no longer in vogue, and the ban on turning the airwaves over to terrorists was lifted. For those who had chafed under Mr. Register's predecessor -- who curbed the desire of many on staff to make Al-Hurra more like al-Jazeera -- the new era was welcomed warmly.
"Everybody feels emboldened. Register changed the atmosphere around here," notes one staffer. "Register is trying to pander to Arab sympathies," says another.
The cultural shift inside the newsroom is evident in the on-air product. In the past several months, Al-Hurra has aired live speeches from Mr. Nasrallah and Hamas leader Ismail Haniya, and it broadcast an interview with an alleged al Qaeda operative who expressed joy that 9/11 rubbed "America's nose in the dust."
While a handful of unfortunate decisions could be isolated, these actions appear to be part of Mr. Register's news vision. Former news director Mouafac Harb, a Lebanese-born American citizen, was not shy about his disdain for terrorists and had a firm policy against giving them a platform. But Mr. Register didn't wait long to allow Hamas officials on the air to discuss Palestinian politics.
At a staff meeting announcing the reversal of the ban on terrorists as guests, Mr. Register "bragged" about his personal relationship with Palestinian Foreign Minister Mahmoud al-Zahar, a top Hamas official, according to someone who was present. Contacted on his cell phone last week for comment, Mr. Register declined, indicating that he couldn't spare even two minutes anytime in the coming days.
Perhaps it is because Mr. Register is so casual in his attitude to terrorists that interviewers now toss softball questions to fiery anti-Western guests, while also taking digs at one of America's closest Middle Eastern allies, Israel.
The new Al-Hurra was on full display Feb. 9, when riots broke out following Israel's implementation of security measures that limited access to the Al Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem.
In roughly two hours of breathless live "breaking news" coverage -- which outdistanced al-Jazeera by 30 minutes -- Al-Hurra's Muslim guests vilified Israel, and one spun conspiracy theories about the Jewish state's "plans" to destroy the Al Aqsa Mosque. No doubt the Islamic talking heads were egged on by the Al-Hurra anchors asking questions such as, "Do you think that the timing of these actions is as innocent as Israel pretends?" (Translations were provided by a fluent Arabic-speaking U.S. government official.)
This powder keg of a panel included Ikrima Sabri, imam of the Al Aqsa Mosque, who is best known for his tenure as Yasser Arafat's hand-picked mufti of Jerusalem. During the broadcast, Mr. Sabri accused Israel of firing guns and throwing bombs into the mosque, then refusing to allow medical care for the wounded.
Mr. Sabri's propaganda should not have come as a surprise. Just weeks before 9/11, Mr. Sabri delivered a passionate Friday sermon, broadcast nationally on official Palestinian Authority radio. He prayed for the destruction of Israel, Britain and the United States. (The sound clip and transcript were provided by the Palestinian Media Watch.)
If anyone should be savvy about people like Mr. Sabri, it ought to be Mr. Register. With two decades of experience at CNN, including three years running the Jerusalem bureau, he should know that live TV is the wrong venue for firebrands or guests prone to outrageous commentary.
Complicating matters is that once someone is on Al-Hurra live, Mr. Register lacks the basic requirement to stay on top of unfolding coverage; he doesn't speak Arabic. Had Mr. Register been able to understand Mr. Nasrallah's Dec. 7 speech, perhaps he would have rushed to cut away early on. Before the five-minute mark, Mr. Nasrallah told the audience to stop their celebratory gun-firing, explaining, "the only place where bullets should be is the chest of the enemies of Lebanon: the Israeli enemy."
Former Broadcasting Board of Governors member Norman Pattiz understands the perils of turning over the airwaves to the likes of Mr. Nasrallah. Though he wouldn't comment on anything relating to recent months -- he left the board last year, before Mr. Register's arrival -- Mr. Pattiz said bluntly, "Simply handing a microphone over to a terrorist and letting them spew is not what I would call good journalism."
Though Mr. Pattiz is a well-known Democrat who feuded constantly with Mr. Tomlinson, a Republican, the two men had one area of agreement: Mr. Harb, Al-Hurra's original news director. Sounding remarkably similar to Mr. Tomlinson, Mr. Pattiz said, "The direction Al-Hurra launched in is the direction in which it should continue to go, because it was very successful."
Mr. Alusi, the Iraqi parliamentarian, agrees. "Al-Hurra should have the role of transporting democracy, and to help Iraqis understand freedom," he says. "If you have a good product, you must sell it in a good way. The United States is a very good product."
Mr. Mowbray is working on a book about the struggle for the heart of Islam in America.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Fifth Column

Here is an interesting story about the the way Islam is going to attempt to usurp our constitution. The constitution and the sharia law are not compatible, the koran and the constitution are not compatible, the constitution and the Islam are not compatible. When are our dhim witted leaders going to wake up? This story comes from Storm Watch via the Religion of Peace.

Storm Track Infiltration: American Muslims Believe They Found A Way To Establish Shariah Law in the USA.
And while our attention is diverted by our clueless leaders and the apologists and appeasers of Islamism, this is what’s happening behind our backs. Issa Smith writes in the American Muslim that Native American courts can be used as a precedent for Islamic courts in the US.
Although the Muslim community in North America is vastly different from the Indian community, I feel that in developing a plan for the implementation of Muslim family law, we can in some ways imitate the paradigm of the tribal court system and its supporting network. In particular, I recommend that as a first step, supporting organizations dealing with Islamic family law be established immediately. A professional association of Muslims in the law field (of whatever specialty) is a must. A law school students’ support group should be formed, and Muslim youth should be encouraged to enter this field.A second step would be to establish institutes in the U.S. which can supplement legal education with courses in Islamic family law. At the same time, pressure should be put on law schools to include courses in Shariah taught by Muslims.Could they be any more blatant in their plans? It’s institutional jihad at its stealthiest.
An idea suggested in several quarters and being developed by the American Muslim Council, is the moot court where students and legal experts can act out Muslim family court scenarios.Hey America? Anybody home! Look! Wake up! What will it take before we understand that these supposed moderate Muslim organizations in this country are in league with the Islamists and are using the non-violent tactics of institutional, cultural, media, financial, demographic, economic, litigation jihads? When are we going to do anything about these traitorous organizations?
The process of implementing Muslim family law will not be accomplished overnight. How many times have we’ve been told that the Islamists are working on ‘Theocracy on the 100 years plan’?
Changes of their type take place very slowly in American society, and our community is far from being prepared for this task. I commend the continental council of Masajid for organizing this conference, and bringing together so many workers and thinkers. I pray to Allah the real decisions are made here that can be implemented by those ready to work. However, I strongly urge that consideration be given to political realities and the sensitivities of the American public.Right. Let’s not get the dhimmis too upset. They might catch on to something.
Such a radical change in American law—allowing Muslims to take control over their family law issues - must be initiated from the indigenous Muslim community here in the United States.Having Muslim politicians in office should go a long way in helping that come being. That was also one of the strategies of the Muslim Brotherhood Project and their 100 year plan.
To have it seem that this initiative is originating from overseas or from organizations financed overseas, would create a very negative impression that would likely destroy this effort. Unbelievable, huh? There it is in black and white. Is CNN on this? Yeah, right.

THE GENTILE RANTS: THE MEDIA

To begin with when I use the term media in this rant I mean news outlets. Television, radio, newspapers etc. I am no scholar on the media. I do not know of the "theory " behind the media other than it should be keeping people informed. I have this image in my mind of reporters, a Lois Lane looking lady or a Clark Kent looking guy looking for answers like a CSI. Scouring far and wide for the truth at their own risk, just to keep us informed of what is going on. Helping to keep our government transparent through tough questioning and not cowering to some arrogant agent of some unaccountable administration or squelching the truth for a price. In the USA millions of people depend on the media for information, they trust the media. They have the same image in their head about the media and reporters I do.
We all know that is not the media today. Media outlets are bought and paid for by people who want to forward their own agenda. I would hope that they would want to be honest and factually correct. One would think with many different owners there would be a large amount of real information to be pursued. What with Iraq, Iran , North Korea, China, an economy that appears to be headed for a downturn, an administration that is pushing all borders of legality etc at the national level. No that hardly warrants airtime, but WHOA! Anna Nichole Smith died and its’ a circus, lets make sure we get every sordid , grim little detail we can dig up, we can drag this out for two , maybe even three weeks or more. I am sorry she died and I mean no disrespect to the dead, but is this really an earth shattering event that requires in depth, over the top reporting to the masses? Instead of prying for the truth from the people who are undermining the laws of this nation, our lawmakers, the media would prefer to give them a pass and hound some dead womans family beyond all reality. I bet Anne Nicholes’ family and loved ones would have appreciated a pass on all of the incredibly in depth coverage, the airing of personal laundry etc. How about this as a story, "Why is a congressman who had $105,000 in cash( ill gotten gain) in his freezer still in congress? Not only that , he is about to be put on the "Homeland Security Committee" because he couldn’t make it in the "Ethics Committee"". WHAT!? I am quite sure I must be making this up. A real reporter wouldn’t let something this juicy go, would they? WHY ? This is "Political Correctness" at work, the situation doesn’t further the agenda, squelch the media,"It’s a non-story people , just keep moving , nothing to see here" Look, we are at war. Men are dying. Our administration has painted this nation into a corner on many issues including the war , they have NEVER been fully honest about exactly who our enemy is and why that enemy wants to kill us and the best the media can do is to drag out this girls untimely death. My guess is the truth just isn’t paying well these days for the media.( just like politics) They have to put something quick, kind of legitimate sounding out there, that somehow appears to be addressing what is happening in the world, just to keep up the appearance of legitimacy as a news outlet and keep those big checks rolling in. The real news is "cleansed " so as not to offend. The truth is edited into some meaningless blurb slipped into some obscure spot in a broadcast or newspaper, thats if it even makes it that far.( straw man media outlet)" Oh my, we just can’t mention that race or that religion or that country or men or women or what crime may have been committed or........" on and on. The political correctness drones on and on ad nauseam. Funny thing. It is not limited to one political party or another, or one group or association etc, it is everywhere. It is being pushed into every fiber of this nation. The engine, greed, the reward , money, the end result, our ultimate demise. Sad thing is that many of these people, the politically correct, own our media outlets and influence the political system, on both sides of the aisle, in places where they could make a difference. They choose not to make a difference. They bow to the almighty buck. If someone shows the money,( straw man media outlet) "what the heck we’ll make your pitch, even if it means stealing a little bit of America ."( straw man media outlet) "Oh you say you don’t want us to mention what...no problem the people will never know." I am waiting to see the spin on weather in the future.
There is a Saudi Arabian prince who bought into CNN, I believe he is the same one who offered Rudi Guilianni $10,000,000 after 9/11. This prince was watching when CNN broke the news about the riots in France, you know where the muslims rioted and looted and carried on like they do. CNNs headline read "Muslim riots". A phone call was made and the headline was changed. Interesting. It makes one wonder who is pulling what strings and to what end. What better method of reaching millions of people with false , misleading information than the media. I am saying if you are rich , you are in charge of the message. I am also saying do not equate financial wealth with morals. I am saying look at the people with money buying into the media, not just from this country, from all over the world, what could they possibly want to tell us. Why can’t they allow us to hear the truth. What benefit is there to distracting us from real world events with superfluous news of a young womans death. This is just one example of controlling the message and the usurping of freedom of speech, something that is happening over and over in this country. These are the people who own the media; While freedom of speech lies there dying they bring flowers instead of help. And if you think "there is always the blogosphere, its safe" , guess again. The European Union is trying take charge of the system that gives addresses to the internet in order to change protocol, all in order to squelch the truth. If they deem you offensive, it will be almost impossible for someone to access your blog or website, they will make it happen.
Freedom of speech, so important to a free nation, the journalists’ tool, is now being undermined by the people who utilize it as a business, people who should be defending it. Politicians are already on this page!
